A FAMILY OF MARINES I don't personally know the webmaster of this site but I'm pleased that this site alphabetically comes first on this list or link of websites. This is truly a website that shows a Family (The Drakes) that have contributed so very much to OUR country while serving in the USMC. This website really reflects a great amount of professional work also. There's a lot to see on this site!

CHARLIE COMPANY "C" Co. 1st Bn 506th Infantry, 101 Airborne (Airmobile) site is filled with stories and memories from other Vets, links to other Vietnam Vet websites, a lengthy Roster Page, some fantastic pictures and a lot more. I have spent a lot of time on this excellent site as it really does capture your thoughts. This website is bookmarked as I visit it frequently to view the updates and read those writings I missed on my previous visit.
DAN'S UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS PAGE Dan is obviously one PROUD MARINE as it clearly shows in this excellent website. Dan's site contains a brief history of himself; he was with Golf Co. 2nd Bn. 27th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division. This site also covers POW/MIA issues and has an abundant list of military sites.
DELTA RAIDERS This site was created by Sgt. Al Mount, one of the original Delta Raiders to honor the men of D Co. 2/501st Inf. 101st Airborne Div. killed in Vietnam between 1967 & 1972. This site also provides a place surviving Raiders can come to remember their fallen comrades and remain in touch with each other.

KITCHEN TABLE GANG I was very impressed with this caring website. This website's sole purpose is to comfort and honor these hospitalized veterans by encouraging folks on the Internet to send them magazine subscriptions, newspapers, "Care" packages, greeting cards and pre-paid calling cards, etc. to these brave men and women. These are all things that you can do yourself from the comfort of your home.

There is so much invaluable information, well told story, memorandums and telegrams on this website that you MUST SEE this to not only believe the work that's gone into it but to gain a knowledge you're not likely to find anyplace else.
MAPS OF VIETNAM Even though this room is under construction it has quite a few maps of Vietnam and even a refresher section for those of you who might have forgotten how to read those grid coordinates, etc. I found this website very unique and informative.

POW/MIA FORUM HOMEPAGE Ted Guy was an Air Force Fighter Jock who had flown over 200 missions, serving in both Korea and Vietnam. On March 22, 1968, while attacking an automatic weapons position over-looking Route 9 in Southern Laos near Tche-pone, Ted's F-4C sustained heavy damage and he went down. Besides a moving account of Col Ted Guy, this excellent site contains POW/MIA documentation, invaluable information and questions that cannot go without answering.
RANGER MOM'S WEBSITE This website is in the beginning stages, however, while visiting there I couldn't help but to feel the deep sincerity that was being put into this site. I look forward to returning as I can see it will be a fast moving and growing place; the webmaster has written a book entitled: "REMEMBER ME The Soldiers of the Clouds" which was about 12 men who never made it home. Ranger Mom plans on going far beyond these 12 brave men and welcomes all to her site.

TIM'S MILITARY PAGES This site started with Love to my father that has passed on. He was a Korean and Vietnam Veteran. I served three years active Army and retired in the Army National Guard. USAF AC-119 GUNSHIPS This excellent website is dedicated to the "little-known" air and ground crews and support staff who flew and maintained Air Force Special Operations AC-119G Shadow and AC-119K Stinger gunships during the Vietnam war. Some very good pictures here too.

"The struggle was in the rice paddies...in and among the people, not passing through, but living among them, night and day ... and joining with them in steps toward a better life long overdue." Tim "CapVet" Duffie has put years into making this exemplary site one you just don't want to miss seeing. Moving stories, unit histories and graphics are but a few of the things you'll find on this excellent site.
USMC MIA's EDWARD WILLING/JAMES EGAN JR. WEBSITE. This fine website has some excellent graphics along with favorite links. James Egan Jr. USMC, disappeared on 01-21-1966. The message: looking for members of Jim's unit Battery "H", 3rd Battalion, 12th Marines is very clear on this website. "I am in direct contact with his friend Capt. Leroy E. Blessing, USMC RET. who wishes to find out more on Jim's fate," writes Pat.
